Too long of a story but I think Michelle if working on job security more than getting these dogs adopted by a loving family. They have 7 dogs in the shelter so you do the math on how long your job may last if you actually got the dogs into loving homes. They should close the place down!

Horrible experience for the first time wanting to adopt they had two dogs I truly fell in love with never thought I'd fall in love like that . Ive never had dogs I live in an apartment just sucks on whatever decision they base it on it's truly unfair . either way they didn't bother to contact me that they were both getting adopted I think that's the professional thing to do when ur anxiously waiting to see if ur able to take one home .

Love this place ! Almost adopted a kitten there, but got her at Kent Animal Shelter instead . beautiful place though

I'm so thankful that I was recently able to adopt two sweet little boys. The staff is fantastic--extremely friendly, caring, and helpful.

Went there with my wife and two teenage girls to see the dogs available for adoption. There was one other group there of two people when we arrived, so the place wasn't overwhelmed. We were greeted by a guy that handed us a book with photos in it to look at. He tells us that he has a few 15 pounders, a few 10 pounders and a couple over 30 pounders.....sounded like he was selling turkeys at Thanksgiving! We asked if we could walk around to see the dogs and we're told no...he doesn't want to "disturb" the dogs....it was 2pm not 2am! Needless to say we left without seeing a dog. I get it, you don't want the dogs to get all hyped up whenever people come thru but I want to see a dog's reaction when it is approached by new people...call me crazy.
