The rooms are nice. I have a small kitchenette, nice for extended stays. One of the things I see advertising everywhere in the hotel is the grills they have on the patio. Well I finally went down to use one of them and guess what, NO Propane!!! When I ask why there was no propane, they said they couldn't get any right now. They had to wait on maintenance tomorrow. Well, I have my meat seasoned tonight and didn't have any other plans. Found out the next day, that they were hard piped in and the gas was turned off.

The hotel is quite new and there is not much around the area. But the room is well equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, stovetop, sets of plates, bowls, and a pan. Not sure why I didn't know this before we went there, otherwise it would be interesting to cook up some fresh seafood in the hotel room.

Pretty Disappointed - While there wasn't any single thing major thing wrong with the stay it was just one minor thing after another. The first one was the automatic doors were broken when we arrived causing us to have to manually push them open just to get in to check in. We let the front desk know they were broken and she said she would take care of it right way. Well we went and grabbed our bags and tried to come back in...door still wouldn't open and the front desk person was nowhere in sight. So we forced the doors open again (which was not easy) to get our bags in. We arrive in our room to find it smelly...not horrible, but not pleasant. The TVs were the smallest I have seen in a hotel room in years.... The bathrooms clearly showed mildew around the edges of the shower and the drain, the toilet paper rolls were too big for the dispensers making it difficult to pull of toilet paper (I know, minor) and there was "white powdery looking smears" all over the bathroom wallpaper. When we tried to use the indoor pool (the indoor pool was literally the only reason we booked this hotel) it was too cold to enjoy and we had to ask for the temp to be turned up....So my kids went to do something else. The 3 thermostats in our room all were nearly impossible to use because everytime you would press a button the display would dim and make it impossible to read. The sofa sleeper mattress was a joke, you could see/feel the coils making it very unpleasant to sleep on, even for a young kid. Lastly, we requested a late checkout when checking in and chatted via the Marriott App to confirm, yet they claimed they had "no record" of us requesting a late checkout. I stay at Marriotts exclusively for work and this was not up to the standards I expect when staying at a Marriott property.

Nice place. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was good in the morning. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either.

Nice people, pool was cold and room was small, but it was a nice room and good breakfast.
