Nice meeting area. We were provided coffee in the morning and ice water in the afternoon. There is no external entrance leading directly to the conference area which was a little inconvenient. You must walk through the main lobby and down about half a dozen stairs to reach the conference rooms. Temperature was comfortable and the hotel lobby and meeting rooms were clean and well maintained.

The room was great. We had all the amenities we could want at a great value. Staff was incredibly friendly in every interaction. The food was amazing, I've never seen a breakfast spread like the one at Embassy Suites. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!

We had a great experience! The 2 room suites are great. We reserved 2 double beds. Mattresses were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was well stocked. The atrium is really cool. All of the staff that we interacted with was super nice, no one was rude at all. Apparently when you book you get made to order breakfast. It was great! The service was excellent. We ordered omelettes and they were excellent.

Firstly, I want to note the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience, the guy at the front desk was nice end even joked around a little, despite our room being incorrect at first(we asked for two beds and had gotten one) not only did he correct it he even came to our room a little later and gave us complimentary snacks(which there was a lot of). There was not a single employee that was rude or mean. Everyone was so nice, which is a hard consistency to find in a hotel. The breakfast was also perfect, the omelette was 👌🏻 The room was wonderful and clean, I can't say a bad thing about this place. Grade A, five star, will definitely keep Embassy Suites on my list of hotels I'll use again.

This is an older property and it's age is showing. Our room was on the first floor and didn't she'll fresh. The bathroom was poorly lit, the tub was stained and overall, the bathroom is too small by current standards. The "free" food is what you'd expect for free, not very good. The breakfast omelette station uses "eggs" from a milk-type carton and the ingredients were several days old. We took one bite and decided that was enough. The staff works hard but can only do so much with the limited facility. I had high expectations because Hilton has an excellent reputation. This property does not live up to the Hilton standard.
