I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First and foremost, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the manager. She actually knew many of the guest by first name, which I noticed while waiting for my driver. Secondly, my room was spacious comfy, & spotless. Not to mention, plenty of extra pillows. Lastly, I enjoyed my morning free breakfast, that runs till 9:30am, not 9am and the gym I didn't use. Next time in OKC, I'll surely return to this hotel

I am a Spire member--that means I spend a lot of time in HI properties. I think the cleaning ladies do a great job. Erica at the front desk is very nice and helpful. The ladies is breakfast area work very hard to keep food fresh and area clean. There are things that are dated--but I'm not there for the ambiance.

Our client, touring comedian Doug Almedia, recently stayed here while performing near-by and really enjoyed his stay in a clean and quiet room! They made good use of the laundry room before the gig, and the free breakfast was a perfect way to get the day started. Thank you to the very friendly staff for everything!

Tried booking a reservation last week when I was in town for four days but the hotel told me they couldn't take my discover card. So Erica was nice enough to book me at the Holiday inn down the road. And after having to pay for breakfast there everyday. My girlfriend and I decided it would be better for me to stay at the Holiday inn express and book it with her MasterCard. We were in town yesterday so we stopped by and book this week's stay in person with Erica. Told when I got here my address was wrong on my account and the receptionist gave me the run around before finally getting everything straightened out as of now. So I got up to my room expecting everything I had in the El Reno Holiday inn express and walked in to a out dated version instead. Now I would like to just get thru my week stay and get as far away from this place as I can. I think next time I'm in town it'll be worth the extra 15 min drive in the morning to stay in El Reno.

Always a great place to stay - have been here many times and look forward to coming back. Many Thanks to the Holiday Express folks - job well done !
