overall it's a decent place to stay. came up for work for 5 days and it's quite and the bed is amazing. walking in you can see the place needs some repairs but nothing major. staff is very friendly and helpful. will be coming back every week while working up here

I have stayed at this hotel a lot over the years and it is a nice place for the money. The staff are very friendly and even give me a discount because I have stayed there in the past. It seems they are continuously trying to upgrade as they can. Usually I don't get charged a deposit but this last time they charged me a $150 deposit which have not yet received back. (I have not stayed at another hotel that does this.) This is inconvenient for a poor guy like myself who does not have a lot of money in my bank account to begin with. They also really should fix the ventilation system for the bathrooms. Other than that it's great. I will stay there when I can. For the money its a great place. There are some scary places I have stayed at in the lynnwood area for this price range and I am glad to say this isn't one of them.

An overall pleasurable experience, clean inside. The windows were a bit dirty but overall a good experience and would recommend.

It has nice size rooms and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. They serve breakfast in the morning and have a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in room. It is convenientlylocated about 20 min from the sites in Seattle. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Seattle.

Facility is little old but stuff is very nice. It will be good choice if you want a short and quiet stay.
