First of all when I checked into this hotel Gina that was working the front desk double charged my account for $320.04 for 7 days then someone walked in my room the evening that we checked in because they didn't have it noted in their account that someone was renting that particular room. Then my room key didn't work. I have to request that my room key be replaced on three separate occasions. Then after that we found that there were mice in our room. I was standing there with myself and my two daughters for 7 days and we had non-perishable items that we had sitting next to the refrigerator on floor. My daughter had told me she seen a mouse but I really didn't believe her at first so I didn't report it right away. Not until the food that I had Sitting In The Box was being eaten by the mice did I have something to say. The washing machine that they have on his property did not work properly and I give credit to the manager because he allowed me to use their industrial washer and dryer in order to get my clothes washed however if he was not here I don't believe that would have been happening. When I asked for some compensation for the room the manager that was on duty at the time Mona came to my room and saw what the mouse had raten she just brush it off as if it was some regular s*** that happens. Overall this this hotel has decent rooms and bedding however with the Time of the Season they have mice on the first floor.

Was a little sketchy, rooms were ok. Bathroom door handle pretty came off in our hand. Bedspread was gross. Their idea of towels was a bath mat, 2 hand towels, and a washcloth. Water was backwards turn to cold for hot and hot for cold, on a good note had good shower pressure. And no lid on toilet. And their idea of a free breakfast is cold muffins

Not the worst place I have stayed.  They have police patrol the parking. Seemed decent for the money. Blankets were a little stained up.

Very poor customer service. My child was bit by a bed bug withing the 1st hr of check in on 2 separate occasions! Finally offered a new room with other bugs and to top it off got locked in the room by a non properly working door handle. The front desk host Gina came up witnessed it & left my family stuck in the room for a total of 40 min before cops were called! Now my family is a target. Told that i was banned before now which is an absolute lie. ThIS PLACE IS A DUMP WITH FAWKED UP MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

This is the worst place in the world! Outside of piss poor service, the manager, the owner as well as the host tend to take Collective criticism as a personal attack against themselves. In order for a business to improve themselves, you have to allow those that are doing business with you, to critique what it is that could be better. Taking a fence or going on the offensive tends to let me know that you're not ready for change you just want some money. Do not go here and do not even refer anyone here.
