I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!! NO...IT'S NOT A FANCY 2, 3 OR $400+ A NIGHT, PLUSH AND LUXURIOUS "5 STAR" HOTEL, BUT IT'S COMFORTABLE!! I AND MY BOYS, HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES THERE AND WE STAY THERE QUITE OFTEN, WHEN WE'RE IN TOWN, VISITING IN THE HEIGHTS, FROM MILWAUKEE!!! OUR STAY THERE IS ALWAYS A PLEASANT ONE, DUE TO TWO VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE. MANAGERS WHO ARE...A LADY BY THE NAME OF TRACIE AND A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF DONTAY!!!! THEY ARE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND MANAGERS WHO, REALLY KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THEIR JOBS! IF U HAVE A PROBLEM OR AN ISSUE WITH ANYTHING, THEY ARE ON IT, RIGHT AWAY. LOOKING FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE RESOLUTION TO YOUR SITUATION! I JUST LOVE THEM TO PIECES!!! My family and I stay at this Hotel every time we come and visit Chicago from Indianapolis. We just love this hotel CLEAN ROOMS STAFFS ARE SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL AND WAFFLES ARE DELICIOUS! This time when we walk in to the hotel the waiting area was remodel it looks so cool and super NICE!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY FAMILY FELL LIKE HOME!! KEEP IT UP

By far the worst experience I've ever had with staying in a hotel! We arrived early checked into just one of our rooms early paid the $30 dollar early check in fee. Later that day we came back after going into the city and had nothing but trouble checking in. I work at a Wyndham property so I received cooperate rate (employee rate) I booked TWO double rooms for TWO nights the clerk would not listen to get our paper work from our regi card and was telling us we was wrong. The cops where here dang near all night due to bullets being found in a room? The clerk wasn't very quite while talking to cops. So I didn't feel very safe then. One bed had no comforter on it we slept with sheets. The elevator want working when we very first arrived it got fixed and later we got stuck on it and luckily got out. When we came back it was still broke so we had to walk to the 3rd floor with our bags and children. Water never stayed hot. Very disappointed with it being a Wyndham hotel and it being such a dump!! Will NOT being staying here in the near future. Definitely not worth the money.

Was a weekly business traveler til this week. Arrived to find my reserved room had been booked and no other rooms were available even though there were people checking out. Front desk clerk "Joy" was rude and told me good luck everyone is booked as I walked out the door. Would not recommend this hotel at all, especially on weekends when the quality of staff goes downhill fast. I was blessed that day by another local hotel who gave me a room immediately and showed me great customer service that "Joy" doesn't understand.

This place is disgusting. I stayed for 3 hours and left because I was laying in bed and got bit by a bed bug twice. I went downstairs to tell management and they told me they would give me another room. I asked for a refund and they told me it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back. I will never stay there again. Worst Experience. Please check the bed fully because those bed bugs were hiding in the bottom wooden frame.
