It was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. There were burn holes in the sheets. There was black grime on the heater. Bugs everywhere. When we walked up to our room there was a mass of cobwebs over the card reader. So obviously no one had been inside this room to clean it in a long time. Their "express breakfast" was literally(im not kidding) a loaf of bread next to a toaster. When we complained to the woman at the front desk, we were told that the policy for complaints was that, people had 15 min to complain. After that they won't do anything to fix it. Terrible terrible terrible. Please if your reading this sleep under an overpass, you will be much more comfortable.

The Good: The rooms were clean, although tired and in need of updating. The Bad: The sheets weren't very clean, meaning they were spotted and stained. They were washed but.............. The Ugly: Went to breakfast and all they had was toast and coffee and juice. The clerk told us "I had a problem with the milk yesterday and threw it all out. I have cereal but no milk". and "with no cereal, everyone went to the muffins so I have none and the supply doesn't come in until Monday". I wonder of management has ever heard of a thing called a grocery store where you can buy milk, muffins, etc. at almost anytime of the day. When my wife said "this is the poorest excuse for a breakfast" the clerk replied "Yes, you're right"! She did apologize but for the lack of food, but it was 1 of the reasons we chose this place. Never again!

Dirty unclean. Just needed a bed after the concert. All other rooms were too expensive. Never again if I don't have to.

Would not recommend. Stole my money. I made my reservations online so when I arrive I wasn't expecting it to look like it did..looks can be deceiving. Right?..ok so, I ask to look inside one of the rooms I was told I could just look through the window. When I looked through the window it didn't appear that bad...So, I made the payment for the two nights I reserved online. Once I got my key I proceeded to go to the room which was on the second floor as I reached the room the smell of nothing but marijuana coming from the rooms hit me. One room look like they had nothing but prostitutes working. After being subject to this nonsense I immediately ask for a refund. Oh wait let me go back. When going back down they had cops circling the place.. Long story short he couldn't do a return cause he needed a mgr. When I finally spoke to a mgr (Danielle) do remind you it was a fri I needed a room intil sun. Now I'm forced to pay unexpected money to get another room for the weekend.. I spoke to Danielle (mgr)which needed to speak to the owner to approve the return..this was in April they agreed to return one nights payment still as of June I have yet to be refunded... They said I couldn't get all my money cause I didn't cancel within 24 hrs. I didn't know all of this was going to happen so how could I cancel a day early..

Stayed in room 156 and this is what the room looked like. Was displeased with the upkeep on the room. Looked like bad patch jobs on the walls, holes for where pictures used to be still in the wall, spots and stains on the walls, mold? Bedsheets weren't even on the bed properly. I guess you pay for what you get. Plus side, AC worked well. Kept the room ice cold.
