I've been in to the store a few times to buy small parts for mine and my kids' bikes.  The staff has always been friendly without the attitudes that I've read about in some of the earlier reviews.  

After my son crashed his bike and bent the wheel, I straightened it out the best I could and then brought it to Treads to true it up.  The technician immediately put it on his machine and spent 5-10 minutes adjusting and fine-tuning it, all the while explaining the process to me as he went.  After he finished, he handed it back to me and said "no charge".  I was so amazed and grateful that I bought some brake pads (which my son's bike surely needed anyway!) and was on my way.

I am sure I haven't met every employee there, but the ones that I've dealt with have been more than fair and pleasant.  I'll be happy to give them future business.

They have a great staff and perform outstanding work on your bicycle.  I would like to see more electric bicycles in stock.

Since Andy left it has gone down hill. That guy Chris is extremely SLOW and not friendly. The other kid stands there with his arms folded and uncomfortably stares at you. They lost a screw from my wife's bike... Andy was fast, reliable and a really good bike mechanic. I'm looking for another store.

Like others have said, this place has terrible service.  The service tech got an attitude when I asked about what the timeline would be for a simple job on my mountain bike.  Complete lack of any customer service and willingness to earn my business.  I went to Pedal in Littleton and they got the job done on the spot.

Absolutely the worst customer experience ever!  Lost my bike on warranty, lied about the whereabouts, had to escalate to Trek VP to resolve. When the shop got it back, took them weeks to reassemble and they put marks and scratches on my frame too!  Manager is a complete JERK -STAY AWAY!
