Easy 5 star rating. The level of knowledge and quality of service is a leap above any other bike shop I have been to. Think apprentice vs master electrician but for your bike! Nate, Vince, Ryan: keep up the great work!

Best place to service or buy a bike. Nate is the best. Ryan is a great addition to the shop. Friendly, and super knowledgeable! Do great work and work with you.

Just simply the best. Excellent customer service and great work. No snooty attitude, I've seen them work on garage-sale bikes all the way up to $5,000+ bikes. If you are happy with their service make sure tip them a six pack from the liquor store next door!

Rather not go to any other place. Nate and crew are a rare exception to the accepted practices and ethics found in American business today. Their enthusiasm is unparalleled and their knowledge expert. I can imagine no better combination for successful relations and satisfied parties.

We have gone here twice. While we live in Olde Town, we would drive a distance for this place. We took our very old bikes in to have a chain replaced and they did it right there and then. They did a great job for a very small price. We know our bikes aren't amazing but they didn't talk down to us or discredit us. They wanted us to get back on the road on the bikes we loved. This past winter my dad bought my son a helmet and I asked him to buy it from these guys rather than going to a big chain store or ordering off of Amazon. They were awesome at sizing my son (who is 3.5) and he loves his new helmet. He tells us that it has, "fun colors." They were also very kind to my dad. This is a business who is showing what customer service and local, small business is all about. If you live down south or up north, make the drive, you won't be disappointed.
