Very friendly upbeat front desk reception. We were placed in the newly renovated back building. Option to walk or drive over railroad tracks. Plenty of parking but front entrance furthest from elevators. Very nicely enticing renovated rooms with clean calming bathrooms. Nice breakfast with adjacent rooms for additional seating.

This place was clean. The employees were nice and friendly. Denny's out the front door was a plus. I'm from Texas and am used to $50/night hotels so the $200 here felt steep. 

The real reason why I have to give it only 3 stars is the place next door makes too much noise throughout the night. It is hard to sleep through.

It's a really nice place. 
The rooms are nice. 
Not alot of noise. 
Staff is lovely 
Pet friendly is a nice touch for my dog. 
Close to airport. 
Overall I enjoy it.

4 stars "for now"

I am upgrading my review, because this franchise owner is upgrading the hotel!

I'm in one of the newly refurbished rooms, and it's very attractive, and comfortable. Mattress is very good, towels are fluffy, bathroom area is nicely illuminated with indirect lighting. Furniture looks nice, as do the room lights. Refrigerator is quiet, the TV has a decent selection of channels. There are a lot of outlets where you need them now for your phone and laptop. (No bending down to reach wall outlets behind the furniture) I hear later they will retrofit quieter windows, too. 

There were a couple of construction punchlist details, which La Quinta  management was very receptive to, understanding and correcting.

Congrats to La Quinta and the franchise owner, we wish you the best with your efforts!

Very nice rooms, but after my room was cleaned both my room cards randomly stopped working. Also the water pressure could be stonger but they are under construction so that may be why its a bit weak. Over all i enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
