The place looks like they moved out in the middle the night. A few small bicycles left inside but no sign in the window and the doors are locked. I called the phone number and the phone was disconnected as well, what's up? It was always great before.

I was greeted by a friendly store manager, named Maurice who took the time to explain how the tire on the bike went flat. He fixed it in 10 minutes. It was a most pleasurable experience. I would recommend this bike store to all my friends.

Maurice did a fantastic job recommending and replacing the chain on my Cannondale Lefty. This location has friendly staff and affordable service schedules. Only place that I take my bikes.

I'd like to express my disappointment with the Bike America located on Federal Highway in Boca Raton. I purchased my bike there, and have had any/all service done there as well. On 9/20/2017 I had to have my entire front wheel replaced so I went to the Federal Highway location, Maurice assisted me. To my surprise on 10/16/2017 I awakened to a flat tire and took the front wheel to the Bike America West Boca Location as it was closer to my home( I was off). Bryan, the technician there told me that a strip was missing that should have been installed initially, but wasn't. Saying specifically that it was not done correctly, which in turn was the cause of the flat. On 10/17/2017 I went into the Federal HWY location to express my displeasure with Maurice(he was my original tech) and let him know what Bryan, the tech from the Boca west said. He told me that I should have brought it back to him, and could not do anything for me. Basically, too bad. Because I was off, the west Boca location was more convenient, had I been at work(as I work next door), I would have brought it back to the Federal Highway location. I have recommended numerous customers to them, and and as I said earlier all of my service has been handled through Bike America. No more recommendations will be forthcoming from me. Just letting any new customers know to be mindful when needing service, as I have learned that the original service on the new front wheel was not done correctly and they basically don't care. You have not only lost a customer, but a wonderful referral service.
