Update (10/28/2017): I'm changing my rating to 1. We have some store credit with them for almost a year now and they have not been answering our calls. We have visited their store several times now at no avail. Their phone keeps going to voicemail where they still say that they are open etc...Very disappointed! Also, we bought a cocktail table with insert stools from them a year ago. Within a couple months, even without any use, the stools' legs cracked up. We took one of the stool to them asking for replacement legs, Dino promised to get us the legs and call us when they arrived but never ever did so. I'm thinking of reporting them to BBB if I do not hear from them soon. Frank, if you are reading this, please return our calls. We came to you with a lot of trust and have recommended several friends to purchase from you because we liked your work, but with what we have been facing now, it is sad! No one would like this to happen to their hard earned money! Buyers, please beware!

Almost all furniture we own is from here. Dino, Steve and Frank (the owner) are awesome! If you found a piece of furniture online that you liked, then bring the link and the picture to these guys and I bet you will get a better price quote than online. Their warehouse also has tons of catalogs from which you can choose furniture or decors for whichever room you want. I must also say that with these guys, your business doesn't stop with simply buying, they can be approached with any issues as well. For example, a couple of our ottomans' feet got cracked recently, out of the blue. We brought them down to Tri State and Dino ordered replacement feet for no charge! The place is always crowded, so make sure you have enough time at hand when you visit. Also factor-in the time you will spend gazing at all the lovely furniture catalogs, be it  contemporary, traditional or modern!

Be careful. This shop is closed for more than 3 weeks and there is no phone response either. They have taken money and not delivered all the furniture.

Do NOT do business with these people. They owe me $1,840 for furniture they did not deliver and refuse to refund my money.

I called Tri-State because they had a piece of furniture I wanted pictured on their website. They were happy to send a Fed Ex driver to FL to pick up my check because they could not take credit cards over the phone (should have been my first clue). After weeks I called after not hearing from them. They then said they could not obtain the piece of furniture (they never told me it was not in stock). It has been months, Dino, the salesman, keeps telling me that the check is in the mail. He gave me the owner's (Frank) phone number. I have left messages for Frank and he has not returned one call. Dino keeps telling me that Frank has mailed the check. Now that has happened three weeks in a row that Dino has told me that Frank told him that he mailed the check that morning. Come on - he mailed the check 3 Thursdays in a row? Either Frank is lying to Dino or Dino is lying to me - or they are both lying. How do I know this, because the check has never arrived. They were so anxious to get my money that they sent a Fed Ex driver - don't you think they could Fed Ex my money back to me.

Very disreputable. Do not give them a cent until the furniture is delivered to your door.

Do not purchase from this store, bought leather furniture for 1500$ it all peeled off in a year. poor response and responsibility.their insurance is bluff.   quality is too bad Never fall for low price.

Wholesale furniture store with variety of catelogues, low to high end.
Service can be a improved as staff handle multiple clients at same time hence the wait is long.
