It's been a long time sense I enjoyed going to the gym. It had become a had to for so many reasons instead of a want to! Kory and Focus have made all the difference. I am in love with that class and his workouts, so much so that I actually get up and get to the 5:30am class! No matter the time of day the rest of the staff is very welcoming, the gym and equipment are top notch! I highly recommend!  Thank you Kory!

I really liked it at True when I used to be a member there.  I didn't use the open gym area, I liked taking the fitness classes.  Most of the classes offered at True are only in the evenings.  I would still be a member there if they had morning and noon classes.  It's unfortunate because I did enjoy it there.  Now I'm a member at the YMCA because of the wide array of classes offered and times available.

The staff and instructors are awesome!  The facilities are always clean and the amenities are great.  TRUE provides a very inclusive atmosphere, AWESOME!!!
