Core Fitness Iowa, the area's leader in health and fitness, offers 2 full-service health clubs and is the cure for the common gym! Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just maintain your healthy lifestyle, a certified personal trainer and group fitness classes can help you reach your goals with an efficient, tailer-made routine.

Core Fitness Iowa offers two facilities for the price of one. In North Liberty you can find us at 1395 Jordan St., and in Iowa City we are at 2222 Mormon Trek Blvd.

It's never too early or too late to come in and workout! Both facilities provide sauna and steam rooms, personal training, group exercise classes, lockers, towel service, "Kid's Club" childcare, and Iowa's first and only 'Boot Camp Challenge!' Our North Liberty location also offers a Women’s Only workout area as well! There’s more than 100 classes each week, so you’ll always find time to come in and work out.
