We arrived at 5pm to have dinner with a group of 8. We came early due to the fact that you don’t accept reservations between 5-9pm. There was more than 70% of their tables vacant and the hostess told us it would be about 15 minutes to get two tables pushed together. We then sat there whole whole no one worked to get tables ready. Finally, at 5:20 someone went and pushed two tables together. We asked if we could be seated and they said that the table still needed waters. We waited until 5:30 before we were seated. During that time several others were seated and one couple even was seated and got up and left because no one came to serve their table. We like the food and our server was great but this isn’t the first time we have sat forever waiting to be seated with empty tables available. It’s annoying!

Awesome place! The chefs were quick to get out our rolls and they tasted amazing. We also asked our sushi chef for their favorite and they recommended something not on the menu. It was delicious. Great place with great service!

Love it. We stay at the bar and had great time. The service was quick and they brought the food about fast. The sushi not only tastes great but also looks great. I never realized why the spider roll was named such until I had it here.

What can you say about this place?  Yum yum yum.  Some of the best sushi in the city.  I love sitting at the bar and trying out chef selections.  Watch out for the habanero.  I almost had to leave screaming but I couldn't stop eating it.  
This place is pretty hip and trendy.  They have great Pearl sake which I love.
You must try this out

Fresh, delicious sushi (my wife and I had the Aloha, Sugar House, and Sunrise). A bit pricey,  but worth it. Our group had various sushi presentations and each was as good as the others especially in offering distinctive flavor and texture combinations.
