The company I work for LOVES Pei Wei and most of us will order the Lettuce Wraps (Yummy). The only complaint I would have is that we have to call 2-3 times just to finally reach someone to place an order. It seems this location is always short staffed. Last week our company wanted Pei Wei, When someone from our went there to order our meals (since we couldn't reach anyone via phone), we had to go some where else because they said they were closed until 4:00 PM due to being short staffed.

We used to eat here a lot but tonight the service was terrible, we had to send our food back twice and the bus boy was very rude and snappy. He literally snatched a bowl from my father when he complained that it wasn't clean. (It was very gross and dirty) upset that I spent so much money for such an awful experience. Won't be going here again.

Love the food! Lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, honey seared chicken and hot and sour soup are our favorites. Some of the meals are small for the price...my only compliant!

If we are lucky enough to find a Pei Wei, we go! We love the food and sauces and the fact that you can customize the " hotness" level. They make it very easy to bring leftovers home, and they always taste great‼️ My only complaint.....we want one in Utah County(Please and Thank You😊)❣️ Follow Trader Joe's and make that jump‼️✨ We want you, we really want you🙌🏼👌🏼

Good prices and a casual eatery. They were out of sushi which was a bummer and the rice was more al dente than I liked. But overall, it was a nice dinner! We would come back.
