I've been sitting here for thirty minutes, all I wanted was a grilled cheese and an avocado toast. Maybe they're growing the avocados in the back, maybe they're making the cheese in the bathroom. I'm unsure of the purpose of my presence in this place no more. It's been now 40 minutes and they present me my avocado toast. God exist. It's awfully small for 7$ but I'm starving : the waffle is sweet, great texture but taste cheesy surprisingly, I can't taste the avocado. The whole quarter of it. I can see the salt but yet can't taste it either. I didn't feel the waffle love today although I'll try the sweet ones one day but for now, I'm still hungry.

Update: I wanted to change my star review from 2 to 4 because of the way that the management handled my complaint. I still probably won't come to this location again for a while, at least to give them time to retrain the employees, but this was handled greatly by them and I am really appreciative of it. Thanks! So the positive is that the food was really good, however the customer service is the reason it's so low and I personally won't come back to this location. There were two girls working, and the only people waiting for their food was my mom and I. They said it would take about 6-7 minutes for it to be ready, and while one girl did nothing but talk, the other one was working extremely slow and stopping every few minutes to talk. Our food took about 25 minutes to finish. This was terrible because I was on a deadline to get back to school, which I was late to. Even if I wasn't in a hurry, that wait time was ridiculously slow for two orders.

Seriously YUM! Excellent customer service. The place is always clean. Thank you Jenny for the delicious waffle a few weeks back. Shout out to Tony and Taylor tonight (3.29.17) for the delicious Banana Split waffle minus the bananas (substitute strawberries). It was perfect for dinner! I hope Jenny, Tony and/or Taylor are working the next time I go in!

The waffles are actually really good, no complaints there. The atmosphere is modern inviting, no complaints there. Under the assumption that waffle mix is essentially flour, eggs and water, I have no idea how they feel justified charging the prices they do. And that's where my complaint lies.
