Just watched a video filmed at your department. I can only speculate as to how a moron like duffy got promoted to captain. She did a really poor job as seen in the video. Ignorant of the law and acting like a fool certainly doesn't make your department look good. I see that she was a victim of sexual harrasment by your department and clearly a victim of piss poor training by your department as well. What a shame to see you fail.

It has been over a year since my nightmare of being held hostage began. I endured months of abuse before calling the police for fear of being murdered or sending my abuser to jail, which would enrage him enough to murder me upon release. I endured being held hostage for over a month. I was assaulted and written abusive messages for three days after escaping the house and originally calling the police to help me because the person I was cohabitating with was abusive and coercive. I was in fear for my life. I called the police to help me, and was instead further abused by the male police officer. I was assaulted when I tried to deal with my situation without police intervention, which was the suggestion of the officer. The officer also told me I was wasting police resources and was basically disturbing the peace by calling the police, at all. I was threatened with arrest when I stated I'd like different police officers to help me. After stating that if the lies my abuser was telling the police were true, than my abuser should want nothing to do with me, and shouldn't contact me anymore. I was told by the police officer that if my abuser did continue to contact me, it was because he loved me. Over a year since I was originally held hostage and I have yet to even hear about the phone harassment charges for the police report I filed. The responding police officers wrote a false police report so that there would be no recourse which could be taken, although I was being abused and sexually assaulted. The report states I said no abuse occurred. I said almost every type of abuse occurred. The male responding police officer had personal prior knowledge of my abuser and broke more than one law to protect him. The subsequent false police report was then used to enlist help from other misogynists which has led to me being stalked, my house being broken into repeatedly, and being drugged. The responding police officer said I would deserve to be harassed and drugged. He said, "You must've deserved it. Those guys do their research". I called the male police officer after the restraining order had been served. I was gaslighted. I was told that I must be mistaken. He denied having had the very unpleasant interaction he had with me. I was told I must be thinking of a different police officer. I was verbally abused and gas lighted by a male police officer with TPD who protected an abusive psychopath on IPS who he has personal ties to, while the female police officer looked on, did nothing, and signed her name on a false report.

The Tucson Police Department is protecting a violent murderer because they want to avoid a law suit. I also believe at least one of their officers has ties to antisocial resources on the undetectable TOR browser. This officer told me they would and did lie on an official police report and convinced their responding officer to sign the false report. The male police officer told me an individual who was being abusive and on IPS "deserved to have a beer" after I'd explained the abusive and dangerous situation I was in. I was told that the horrendous abuse I had experienced was deserved. I was being slowly killed through becoming ill on purpose by this individual through different means acquired from the dark net and other resources. I told the male officer I believe this person to be a murderer who was destroying evidence. I had been living with this person and was held hostage for over a month. The male officer was incredibly misogynistic and doggedly defended this particular individual who was on IPS, drinking beer, and had very serious allegations of abuse and attempted murder brought against them. I was told, "The man deserves to have a beer". I was told that any harassment I'd suffer after I escaped the house was "because he loves you". I was told that I deserved to be made sick and die. I was told I was not deserving of compassion. .........By a male police officer who works with TPD.
