I shipped boot from KY to Tulsa for $7.  Courtney quoted me $465.00 to repair scuffed toes and resole boots.  I declined the service because the boots were only $600 to begin with.  He still charged me $29.95 as processing and shipping fee to return my boots.  I requested they be shipped "no signature required" as my neighborhood is safe and my work schedule does not accommodate me staying home to await a package.  Courtney still shipped requiring signature.  Frustrated by the whole experience.

These people are just crooks.  I mailed them a shipping label (cost me $7 for two day usps priority mail) to return my boots... which they never did!  Send them your property at your own risk.  The odds are good that you will receive an over the top quote on your repair, then not even have your property returned to you.  That has been my experience exactly!

well all I can say is these guys are terrific! they are true craftsman and anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about.   I was visiting tulsa back in April and I have a pair of justin wildebeest that needed resoling, I bought the boots in El paso in 1988.  anyway found tsr online and figured I would take them with me to tulsa and see if tsr could fix them and ship them back to California. they resoled, reheeled , and fixed a few other things. got them a few weeks later, and they look brand new!!! im sure they will last another 30 years! guys sorry didn't get this up sooner but THANKS! it's really nice to know there are still craftsman out there that actually really take pride in their work.

I took a pair of boots to this location that had been botched by another shop. They did a wonderful job not only repairing the awful job the previous shop did, but make the boots look practically new. Everyone was very nice and friendly and up front with information. Price was great as well. It's where I'll take any shoe repair in the future.

They can repair just about anything you bring and when you leave your item is just like new!
