I really hate to work with this place. Mostly unkind staff and poor (late/ineffective/slowest) service.  Request speaking with the consul general when you are not served appropriately or not satisfied with the service. Then, you will be treated "differently" and your job will be done quickly and nicely.

Horibble!!! I have no idea how many people work there but definitely they do not care about serving people. There is no line people come and go but you have to wait hours and hours for even a simple paper you need to get. I came in in the morning to get birth certificate. There is 2 people are waiting except me and I have been waiting over an hour to someone take care of me. When I enter the room, person Nalan was talking on the phone and waited about 10 min. to her finish her phone call. God forbid to go over again!!!
