The people at this establishment are either racists or judgmental. I have been there twice and the second time the woman was very pleasant and answered all my questions and gave wonderful recommendations for a turtle I had bought my son for Christmas. My first experience here however put a sour taste in my mouth considering the person in charge was extremely rude. When I first entered the store I was set out on buying my kid a turtle I was met by an older lady who off bat seemed to not want to help me. I asked her general questions and she acted like I was unfit to care for a turtle. She then quoted me $150 for everything except the tank. As I'm gathering everything I need an older man who has been consulting with the woman began to follow me around the store and basically bully me into buying about $280 worth of things fir this turtle. They would make remarks suggesting I could not afford to maintain a turtle so of course I caved in and bought the items I just feel like their tactics to make a sale are sloppy and irritating. I won't be back.

Great shop to purchase a critter, or food for the critter. Everything you need to set up a deluxe setup, regardless of the species you choose. In fact, this place is so great, I'd give it 6 stars...except for Bruce that is. ;)

Every time I come to this place I find helpful, knowledgeable workers. I would recommend this store for any reptile owner.

My boy enjoyed looking at all the snakes, spiders, and many other reptiles. I didn't know there's a reptile pet store. I could only find with cats and dogs. I asked a lot of questions. Very happy with their service and knowledge.

Awesome place with awesome people! I was so impressed with how well their animals were taken care of compared to other pet stores!
