There is a good selection of small animal/ exotic animal pet foods, treats, and accesories. Service from cashiers is not always friendly or helpful. Don't ask them to look for more product that you want when you don't see it on the shelf because they won't do it, I go somewhere else now to find and get what my pet needs that has better and  friendlier service.

The staff are friendly and concerned with animal welfare. You can find excellent deals. Talk to them about all your pet concerns, because they can help in ways you might not know. Also, best inventory of pet stuff I have ever seen! I work for a cat rescue, and I do not benefit from this review.

There is a Petco on Ford Parkway that is only about 1.5 miles from this store. Please consider spending your money there instead. There, at Petco, they ensure quality care of the creatures they sell. At Pet Supplies Plus, however, you will smell the pungent scent of little critter cages that are not tended to, and see aquariums in conditions unfit for any fish to survive. Proof of the aquariums being unfit for a fish to thrive was in the numerous dead goldfish to be seen floating up and down as the current of bubbles and other fish moved their poor lifeless bodies. Love and kindness are the birthright of every living being. As human animals with the will we have to choose to be kind to our planet and all Earthlings, please consider voting for said positivity by financially supporting a different pet shop. Thank you (:

They have the best coupons in their emails and they're one of the only pet stores in deep South Mpls that's not a chain. The staff are always friendly, helpful and nice. Thank you!
