Ashley R. Is very detailed in her styling and cutting . She is very personable and has a fun personality who gets my style . She always cuts a little less just to make sure it doesn’t end up too short since I have naturally curly hair. She listens to the client and gives suggestions but doesn’t make you feel pressured on what she thinks would look good unless you ask her. 
Her edgy style and enthusiasm for hair makes my salon experience always top notch! But , don’t take my word for it , it’s already hard to get an appointment as she’s so popular !

I am  Ashley R. customer and she has always been great. I am doing highlights and was hard at the beginning because i am from Italy and wasn’t easy for her to catch the right tone and color for me, but she did and she did great!
I have sent some friends to her and everyone was  happy after the service.
Also she is always available to “squeeze me in” when i can’t match with time and days offered.
Overall, all the Staff is nice and available to help and i can’t wait to see the new location were they are going to move.

Ashley R. Is absolutely amazing! She has done wonders on my hair. I was at my wits end with other hair dressers, but she has restored my confidence. Now I won't go to anyone else! She is friendly, courteous and an expert at what she does. I would and have recommended all my friends to Twisted Scissors and Ashley R.

This picture was taken immediately after leaving the salon - before even turning the car on.  Was there for 3 AND A HALF hours for low/high lights and a cut and style.  Left with wet hair, basically the same length as when I got there.  Asked for an asymmetrical cut - longer in front, stacked in back - You be the judge.  At the end of the appt, the stylist asked me what I thought, and I answered that I needed to think about it, to which he happily quipped, "okay!"  He then immediately left to get his next client, apologizing to the new client for being late....  THIS must be why he left me with wet hair in the middle of winter.  I made it clear to the receptionist that I was unhappy.  She was disinterested, at best.

Ashley R. Is one of the best stylists to have ever done my hair. She is spot on when I ask her for balayage, hair cut and style. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always courteous. Highly recommended!!!!
