I just joined the Typhoon Texas family (as a seasonal employee) And let me tell you...this is one amazing company to work for!  Parents if you want your Teenager to learn how to be successful in the workforce then look no further.  I love that they are not only hiring the youth to have fun and make some side money, but they are also molding them for the future.  The entire staff is so amazing!!  They are family friendly, compassionate, flexible and most of all preparing the next generation to be successful in their endeavors!!

The park is small but still very nice. I would give it a five star rating but when I tried to order a season pass online, my card number wouldn't go through even though it was brand new and I tried many times. That is the only reason it's 3 stars instead of 5. Please fix your website

We have been season pass holders at Typhoon TX since they opened.  They are a clean, family-friendly water park.  The food is good, the water rides are fun, and the management works hard to make improvements that will enhance guests' experience.  It is really nice to have this venue in Katy.

The policy on outside food or snacks is not friendly for people who have little children, my little one is very selective about food: I took along a few snacks for him cause I knew their food stands won't have options of things he would eat, I had read a few reviews of the place and I got mixed reviews but I still went out there in 'good faith'. I even asked the rep that sold me my tickets before I purchased them if I would be allowed to take in the snacks and she said to let the reps at the bag check know that the snacks was for my kid, I was utterly disappointed by the way we were treated. If I had known that we would be treated like that I would have stayed home and used the pool at home instead, I had intended to stay out there for a few hours but I couldn't not since I  had no food or snack options for my little one and he was hungry I had to depart earlier than I intended. Also the options of slides for little children is very limited. I asked two of the rep s about the height requirement for children and they were very flippant in their response. Overall I think you seriously need to review your policies and make exception to some cases and stop using the one size fits all ideology. If you are going to market your park has offering a great experience to customers then let it be truly that, not false advertisements and making people troop out there only to get their hopes crushed and feel robbed of their money.

Great time by my students.  Staff is very hospitable and the price is right.  My students loved the variety of rides.  Only knock would be the gift shop is pretty small.
