I inquired about a car online with the first salesman, I was giving the amount for the car and not satisfied. I felt they could do better on the price. The first salesman said that's the absolute lowest they can go, and soon it will go to the auction. What sense does that make, when I'm asking for a better deal to send the car to the auction? So another internet sales associate reached out to me the next day, and I told her the situation, she then referred me on to another salesman because the first salesman was off. The second salesman Aaron was very helpful and was actually able to help me with the price, great right?! So I agree that that's a great price and come in to test the car. The first salesman was in that day and already seemed annoyed with me because of the deal, the whole experience with him was very uncomfortable. We get back to the dealership after the test drive and he brings the bill of sale and a pen. When we tell him that we have one more car to look at, he gets really annoyed and is like I thought this was a done deal. so salesman number one must of got so annoyed he sends salesman number 2 out. The whole experience was awful, especially with salesman one. The aggressive sale technique, attitude and lack of customer service drove me to buy from another dealership.

Love Veterans Ford, we have purchased 3 vehicles from them now. I would not go anywhere else! The parts and service department are AMAZING! Cara and Travis go above and beyond to get you in and out, and if there are any issues explain everything and will get you to the right person to fix it. We will continue to come here for services and/or new vehicles

Aaron at Veterans Ford Tampa was awesome! We arrived at 7pm and I drove off the lot around 9pm w/ my new Ford Escape -- I knew what I wanted and unlike most sales people he listened and took me right over to the vehicle I liked. Aaron got the keys, we went on a test drive and the rest is history -- w/in two hours the entire buying process was completed. Thank you Veterans Ford for employing Aaron, because of him we had a pleasant car buying experience; I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Ford to visit Veterans and ask for Aaron!

If you must take your car in for service here, only deal with Dave. He is the only person at the dealership that is looks out for the best interest of the customer. Sami sold me a used car and we had to take the car back in because the alignment was out. Turns out he sold me a car that had tires which had been recalled shortly before the sell. When I took my car after i had the alignment fixed because the car was still pulling right, Dave was the only one who agreed with me that they should have never sold me the car with those tires on it. I do not recommend going to Veterans Ford for anything but if you must make sure you ask for Dave
