I have spent over thirteen hundred dollars, and two different visits,  and the problem is still not fixed. Hopefully another GM dealer will figure out the cause of the problem.

Update: Joe Kassel, the sales manager, took over the transaction and was nothing but professional and courteous.  I will most definitely buy my next Buick from Joe again.

The agent described below was fired the day this incident took place.  I was surprised at the speed of his dismissal.  This dealership takes its service reputation seriously.

"THIS IS AMERICA.  PEOPLE HERE PAY TAXES."  Simon Krause, an agent at this dealer,  hung up on me after uttering those words.  I had to get another agent from this dealer.

I have two things to say to Mr. Krause:  (1) I am every bit as American as you are.  (2) I pay all my legal share of the taxes, even though people like you cannot be helped to understand the tax code.

Dealer refused to fix the issue with our car, even though it was under warranty. When we mentioned that it was the third time we were taking the car in for repairs on the same system (in the first three weeks of owning the car) and that we would be looking for a replacement if this happened again, they told us they could not work on the car. I'm shocked that this dealer does not stand behind their work as they made the first two repairs. I also question the legality of refusing service, just because we talked about exercising our rights to use the Lemon Law. I would think a reputable dealer would stand behind their work to make sure the problem is solved. If it truly is a defect with the car, they would be able to help us swap for a new car.
