As a women buying a car I am always alittle bite wary of car dealerships and being taken advantage of . So I did my homework well and shopped around . I knew I wanted another Mazda so I went to several dealerships I live in old Greenwich so Riley motors is very close even though I was living in New Jersey when I got my last car a Mazda also. Anyway after getting several quotes and a lot of sales pitches I walk in to Riley motors to see what deal they had to offer me. I was really lucky that Fatos Buqani was my sales person . He quoted me a unbelievable deal and with not a lot of back in forth I walked out of there with my new Mazda 3 and I love it Fatos was a real gentleman and was very straight forward and the quote was by far the best one. He did not beat around the bush and all I can say is that he too the headache out of car shopping and made it a pleasant experience. He even took the time to give me a tutorial on the way the navigation system worked and told me come back anytime if I was experiencing any problems. Well guess what my new 2016 is fun and the mileage is wonderful. Personally I can't say enough about the experience with Riley and Fatos was the best. I am so pleased.

I went and bought a pre-owned 2012 Jetta from Rley. Chris Durkin was friendly, knowledgeable adn very professional even after the sale, as an issue with the door locking mechanismn came up. As I was out of the country, they took the car to Volkswagen for me and had the mechanism changed under warranty. Great place if you want to shop for a used car!

My Expereince with Chris Durkin was very professional. The car was delivered on time and after the sale he even did a free AC charge for me free. I wasn't expected something for nothing because they are a business. The car runs and looks great and Chris gave me an aswesome deal on the car and my trade which needed expensive repairs. The service department is very fast. They had me in exactly when I arrived and out as soon as the job was done the car was waiting for me in the front. I felt like I was important to them and just not another sale. They earned my business and I strongly encourage you to ask for Chris Durkin if you are looking for that special car at the right price!!!

Sold me a car and a month later it ended up with a crack engine and it was from the previous owner not taking care of the car and they wont help me out with the fix. So now im still paying for the car as well as for a new 5000 dollar engine which i have to pay for

I was looking at a used Jeep Wrangler that they had for sale. At first they seemed very upfront. They stated that the jeep had passed their inspection and had no issues. what so ever Needless to say, I went down on a Saturday morning to take a look at the vehicle to find substantial damage on the frame, within 2 minutes of inspecting the car. The salesman, Chris, was quite nice and very professional, said they could have it repaired and would not sell it with the damage, so I decided to get the Jeep checked out by Scotty's Garage. Everything Riley's so called service department "did" wasn't done. The oil was not changed. The brake lines needed to be replaced, the front pads also needed to be replaced, and there was some radiator issues. The Jeep flew through inspection according to the general manager because no one looked at it! What they said was done was not. PERIOD! If you are going to consider buying a used car from them then TAKE it to another mechanic for a third party opinion. They say a lot of services were performed and they plainly were not. Overall, I feel cheated by them. I paid to have a mechanic check out the car and while he did so the salesperson took notes on what needed to be fixed! I essentially paid to get the Jeep checked for them because their service department is incompetent. To add insult to injury, I met with the manager to discuss pricing and what ever the cost to repair the vehicle to make it road worthy and safe would be added to the price of the Jeep. I would steer clear of them.
