My wife and I were looking at new vehicles over the Memorial Day weekend and were very pleased to learn that Riley Mazda was going to be open for a few hours on the holiday itself. We really wanted to explore our options at Mazda before making a deal with another brand later in the day. We headed to Riley first and met Hunter who braved the pouring rain to show us a few different models. We really wanted two things, a manual transmission and non-halogen headlights. Hunter happened to have just the car, a new '17 Mazda3 Grand Touring and with the special running that day, we made a deal. We love our new 3 and so do our pups! This family owned dealership is honest and great to work with. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a new or used car. Keep up the good work guys.

My experience working with Hunter Smith for the purchase of my 2017 Mazda 6 was a good one. Hunter, along with his manager, Curtis Riley were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership as they made it easy and hassle free. LB - Westchester County, NY

First of all, there was not another customer in the shop except for me, and a lot of staff doing a whole lot of nothing. My salesman also kept leaving me for a half hour or 45 minutes at a time and sitting in his bosses office playing on his phone, while I just...sat. I was never offered so much as a glass of water. After knowing my circumstances and budget, I was assured they could help. Nope. First, their trade in offer on my son's car was $1500 less than I got from another dealer 48 hours later. They also tried to get me into a vehicle that was double my budget. They told me I was approved. I asked to make a phone call to explore one more financing option. After that, they completely retracted and didn't approve my financing, which led to my feeling humiliated. And as I made my exit doing the walk of shame, they sat with their eyes turned down and didn't even say goodbye. I went to another dealer and had the opposite experience. The other dealership was kind and attentive and accommodating and worked with my circumstances and budget. We literally hugged when I left. Long story short, Riley Mazda should feel shame for the way they run their business. They give good car dealers a bad name, the stereotypical shady car salesmen. Disgusting. And I was just trying to get a car for my college bound son. They are not to be trusted.

Had a great experience buying my first car with Richie. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward, making experience easy and enjoyable. I expected buying my first car to be a complicated process, but at Riley Mazda it was simple and fast. I love my CX-5, and the welcoming staff only made the experience of buying it even better.

First off. I must say I hate dealing with car dealerships, and playing the price game. That was until I went to Riley Mazda and worked with the sales man Dennis. No pressure, very expirenced, highly knowledgeable, and a true professional. I was able to buy the car of my dreams at a better price then I thought and was given 1k more on my trade in then anyone else offered. If your looking for an amazing car give Riley a chance and ask for Dennis. I promise you won't be disappointed.
