First time dealing with this dealership and they made the process as seamless as it could be. Traded in my lease three months early and received a great deal on an upgrade from my previous Hyundai lease. Make sure to ask for Sonny when you walk in. I had a number of requests and he was able to follow through with all of them. It was a pleasure working with him and their entire staff.

Straight to the point. Emailed dealer Friday night, Got a call Saturday morning, Signed and drive Sunday afternoon. By far the best experience I have had working with a dealer to purchase a used vehicle. I have bought 6 cars from more premium automakers and have not been given the same level of respect and attention as I have received at Stamford Hyundai. Frank Bufano (finance), Anthony Petruzzidllo (sales manager) and Sonny Vallejo answered my questions without hesitates and provided proper supporting documentation to back the means. They didn't force feed me anything, I said I don't want the extended warranty once, they took it off and never mentioned it again. I wish I found this dealer earlier, the individuals in the dealer work together and not against each other.

I'm thankful my car was serviced. However, I could not believe the length of time it took to get it serviced! Considering my 2016 Hyundai Elantra's battery was dead, the dealership didn't have a way to get into my vehicle since the door key cylinder was not operating properly. They went ahead and ordered the tool needed to get into my car. But seriously, being that they're not only working mechanics and my car's appropriate dealership, I would imagine someone would have the tool on hand and ready to go! I waited 5 days before they could actually get into the car. Then another 2 days for the job to get done! Nobody called to update me on the status of my vehicle! I had to call everyday to check for myself. I rely heavily on my vehicle for transportation which is why this is very upsetting. I have higher expectations for service. When comparing the Hyundai dealership I go to for service in Miami, that one by far surpasses my expectations. For that reason I'll only give this Hyundai dealership 2 stars.

employees were all very nice especially my salesman Arcardy before i left he even helped me set up my phone to the car he was very helpful

Sonny did a great job for me. He was always personable and always available when I available. I got a good (but not amazing) deal. We quickly transitioned to negotiating only in the "out the door" price' and spent little time on confusing pricing presentations unlike my experience another dealer. And MUCH better than the hidden cost bait-n-switch pricing of a certain dealer in Queens. No conflicts. (BTW... this was not a trade-in deal and no financing.) My mechanic/inspector was accommodated without undue fuss. -- After sale, Sonny was helpful when I called back several times, He provided suggestions+help on maintenance schedule resumption, brief odor investigation, NYS more restrictive window tinting laws. It was a good experience overall. Thanks Sonny. My three minor suggestions for the dealership are 1) There's no need for so much perfume in the car. 2) It's not terribly important, but another dealership had their cars in cleaner condition under the hood when showing them around. (I know this can be a challenge being located so close to the water and a nearby dusty area.) 3) It would be nice if the dealership had informed me up front that the tinting on the vehicle was a bit more than NYS would allow. (It would have also been nice if my inspector had told me that as well.)
