Decided to turn off overdraft protection on my account. I was approved and spent about $1500 of the banks money. It took me nearly two months worth hard work to almost pay it off completely. A couple days before receiving my check, which would put my account into the positive, I decided to check my account and it was a balance of around -350. I was super excited, finally my account was going to be in the positive! Guess what the bank decided to do a day after I checked my balance, they decided to close the account. Honestly, I couldn't believe it, I was sooo close. I'm completly mistified. I've been trying to call the branch,  since it was with them I opened the account,  but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. I no longer live in the city which makes it even more difficult for me.

One of the employees that waited  on me for business on my savings and checking account. . Stated to me that I was pre approved for a bank credit card . I told the bank employee not whit my credit. The employee. Stated to me that they can make one phone call and make it so . It turned out it was a scam to run my credit.  Customer beware!

Worst us bank on the planet , banker always on phone ignoring customer, I went 3 days to bank on my lunch time spend about 20 mn each day , without getting help.
They are alway on personal mobile and they talk with each other and.
That’s reason I will remove my account with them
