Horriable service. It's a branch from Spanish speakers only. Horrible people here long lines of illegal immigrants power around the place. It's disgusting . Graffiti in the bank it smells and the staff speaks back in forth to each other in Spanish so you can't understand them

Terrible customer service, unfriendly employees with lack of enough knowledge. I went there today and was literally denied help just because the supervisor (a lady with an angry face) was not in mood to do her own job. When I asked politely to include "the order number" in the reference section of my wire transfer she replied "the system does not allow us doing so" >>>>REALLY???!!! I been doing this for years madam!

Stay away from this one unless you only speak Spanish. I came to cash a check and they sat me down while they verified the check for 10+ minutes before I got up and left. Slow service. Bring a board game to pass time if your doing business here.
