So here it goes... The assistant manager, David, is absolutely awesome... The facility itself now should know that there needs to be some protocol behind leaving a number for emergency situations somewhere accessible on the outside... I was not aware of the changes of access hours and was going in and out of my storage unit when I happen to be bringing things to my car with my key still in the storage unit and unable to start my car... Then when going back inside, I was locked out and unable to access my locker... So in short, I was locked outside of the inside building but inside of the outside gate... I had been there for over 2 hours when David comes to my rescue... He is aware they are not allowed customer access at that time, but had the ability and the power to make a decision as a human being who sees another human being locked outside in the cold unable to start my car and remove myself from the facility, he let me in, I was able to get my key... And be on my Merry way 2 hours later with all of my assets and documents safe and sound... Thank you David... Thank you for being an attentive manager and showing up... And even more, thank you for being a human being and letting me in even though I left you some pretty mean voicemails... I really appreciate it and your help will allow me the comfort of continuing to use your services for my business needs... Thank you so much.

hello friends who intend to rent in this place. at this moment I am occupying a space. the service is good. they have mice. there is a bad smell and in case it was not enough the insurance of them does not have good customer service. the calls do not answer or email and they have you wasting your time. I'm desperate because they do not solve this problem

I have been renting here since January 2017 I was in immediate need of a place to store my stuff since I had to unexpectedly move out. I can’t complain about the staff they were very knowledgeable and they knew exactly what they were doing. I really never had the time to go down and check out my unit with all my belongings in it.. well I went today after office hours to put some couches in and I couldn’t stand the smell of RAT as soon as u entered the 4th floor I started moving my things around and notices all the rat feces on my stuff !!! On my daughters clothes on my sons clothes it’s disgusting I will be calling to complain and hopefully moving out from there !!!! I will be taking pictures of everything also It’s nice and clean from the outside but it’s disgusting from the inside !!!!!

The place its clean and it seems very secure. Actually to much. It's been two times in 3 weeks that my access is denied. The first time I just lost time. But this particular one,I lost money, time,and too close to loose my patience. I rent a trailer to move stuff about of my house and I just couldn't get in. You guys don't have a phone line to call in this case. And the only way to contact you is during office hours. To be honest, I'm thinking to move out and request a refund from you. Stored my daughter's belongings there for the summer and when we returned there was mouse excrement and urine in boxes and cloth furniture. We had to throw out all of her towels and bedding. The manager suggested calling the insurance but it was too late because we didn't have pictures as movers had moved everything before office opened at 9:30. Units are not self contained so it was suggested that another renter brought the mice in. Also, they do not prorate the month when you move out. I would not recommend.
