I am beyond pleased with the quick and excellent service I received here. It was my very first time renting a storage and I came in nervous about the experience but left with confidence and more knowledge about the process. I left confident that I made the right choice. Mr. Andre Jackson was extremely helpful and very patient with me and my son. I was trying to hurry my son along as we walked to see the storage unit and Andre gestured that we had no need to rush. He stayed patient and engaged with both me and my son making the entire process a lot easier than I imagined. Andre explained everything so well that I literally had no questions, signed what was needed and was on my way. Because of Andre Public Storage on Federal Blvd will be my first and last stop for my storage needs in the future. Thank you so much Andre for all your great help. Having no idea my situation your customer service exceeded every expectation I had and made my transition I am going through easier. Keep up the great work. You are a truly amazing! I would recommend Public Storage on Federal Blvd to anyone who ask me because of the great experience I had today.

If you need storage, this is the place to go. Gisel is such a friendly, vibrant person. She always has a smile on her face, even when customers can be difficult, she handles it like a pro. Best service by far, she knows what she is talking about.

So let's talk about Andre, you ever meet someone and they instantly give off good vibes, well that's him. I came in looking for a small unit but I new I needed more space, he was very honest, up front and helped me out. He didn't rush me, nor did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions or not enough. He gave me lots of information about my storage unit and items that I would possibly need to start my moving process. I honestly would recommend this storage facility because of him, so thank you Andre for the time and effort you put in. You're a great salesperson and your customer service skills are phenomenal.

Andre Jackson is a very good employee.. has always been good help to me.. great attitude.. on top of his job.. positive..  and knows what he is doing.. satisfied with his services...  Thanks Andre ..

Very convenient.  Right off the 94, and you can jump right back on the west bound ramp.  Great spot for it's price.  Customer Service is welcoming as well.  Ask for Andre.
