Angela who always answers the phone is so pleasant and hard working.  She is super friendly and helpful.  She's the reason we go there.  Although I don't recall every meeting her in person, I've spoken to her numerous times on the phone because my family's schedule is always changing.  She's the BEST!!!

Worst patient care I have ever experienced for me or my wife. When my wife calls with a question, they promise to get back to her within a day and rarely do. Typically it takes 4-5 phone calls over a week by my wife to receive an answer to a question, a prescription refill, or lab results. Dr. Moore has incredibly cold, rude bed side manner and actually will berate my wife and downplay her autoimmune disease. Her administrative staff is atrocious - they lose paperwork, never call you back, and they outright lied to us because it is easier to do that then go ask the doctor a question. Dr. Moore has my wife on medication that requires a written prescription to refill, and actually told her to go cold turkey off of it because they didn't want to write it three days early so we could go out of town. They consistently screw up referrals with our insurance, and make my wife feel like a drug addict for being on the medication THEY prescribed to her. We have lived in over 5 different states across the country, and this place is the ABSOLUTE worst medical care facility we have experienced.

I have been here many times with sick kids and broken bones and always had a positive experience. We have been seen quickly and been treated respectfully, been heard, and feel so grateful to have this facility in our neighborhood.

During a recent "stressful" health crisis,I found  everyone from the receptionist, the medical assistant, the "doctor-to-be" Kevin, Dr. Moore herself and the person who "checked me out" to be compassionate, respectful and kind. I left feeling heard, understood and cared for.  I also am grateful that when I have had minor complaints, I have been able to be seen the same day or the next day or very quickly by other professionals in the practice, when Dr. Moore's schedule is full.  I am very lucky to have this quality of care.
