If you don't have to deal with ever changing nurse trainees and rude front desk you might be able to experience good service at this place. If at all possible avoid taking your family to this place. The Doctors are amazing only if you get.pass the handles of appointments, rude and inconsiderate people that support the place. Hope this review get to the right people.

This is a good clinic in my neighborhood to get shots updated and annual physicals and sports physicals. Dr. Wells is great. All of my kids love her. The staff is nice as well. One thing i dont like, the number rings to a call center and usually the people there making appts are rude. Not all, but some. It is not a reflection of the great service of the clinic staff though.

My daughter was born 8 weeks early weighing only 3 pounds , this doctors office was the worst decision I made , my daughter would be super sick throwing up and I called to get her an apt and they were booked for 2 weeks , i then received a phone call telling me to just take her to the nearest clinic , I feel like since my baby wa sick they should of been able to get her in before 2 whole weeks , I would never refer anyone to this doctors office , hands down worst experience of my life ,,,

I have taken my ill son here three times and EVERY time they have over booked their staff so my son who is enduring a mid grade fever and vomiting in the bathroom every thirty minutes was seen 3 yes THREE hours after the appointment time we had made. This is a "pediatric" office where one appointment should not take this long, nevertheless a sick patient should be given priority or atleast a private room to less health impacts on other healthy children. I am a patient person and would never have considered badmouthing a facility unless there was a multiitude of errors stemming from a single source. SO if you were not compeltely enthused about your potential pediatric facility just wait until they have to handle a double covered patient as they attempt to bill BOTH insurances the full amount and BOTH insurances denying the claims for the right reason, then sending you into collections after being in constant contact with them. Sorry folks but I would look elsewhere. There is a new pediatric facility in oakleaf right next to the publix. take a look and see if they can meet your needs.
