Great staff, AMAZING providers! This office gives us access to great care 7 days a weeks . . . and though you may wait a bit if you are a walk-in, it's more than worth it. The doctors take their time with you, talk to you, get to know you, understand your issues, and joke around with you. They are personable and they care. I can't say enough great things about this practice. We lucked out in finding it last year when we moved to Florida!

I usually don't leave reviews, but after 8 years of going here and reading some of the unreasonable reviews I feel I need to. I've been coming here with my kids for years. In fact they have grown up with the same doctor. If you have kids you know there are going to be accidents, and I can't tell you how many times, I've come here in distress and been taken care off. YES, there can be a wait sometimes as there is with all urgent care offices, but it really depends on the time of day. During peak times of day and horrible cold/flu season, I've had to wait, but many times I've been in and out promptly. And honestly when I've had to wait, I didn't mind it because I've been around and its worth when you consider quality time with doctor and the MONEY SAVED!! I know from experience this place has never over charged me for those urgent visits and did better job at treating us at the same time. This place is busy because of regulars like me that don't want to go anywhere else - that don't want to pay ridiculous prices for urgent care visits. Those of us who don't want to be run through a million unneeded test. I've shopped around years ago at other doctor offices, and realized this little office is one of a kind. At another doctors office, they didn't have in house x-ray and sent me off to imaging center. Guess what I got in the mail 2 months later- a bill for $450! And this is AFTER I confirmed with my insurance company that the imaging place was in network. This office has x-ray facilities in house and it has never cost anywhere near that. Another time I went to large Urgent Care chain for my son. I thought I would be seen faster. My son had hurt his hand, and needed ice packs. After a two hour wait and before even being seen my the doctor, the Urgent Care place had already billed me $60 for the 2 ice packs they gave him while waiting. $60 for 2 ice packs! After these experiences I realized what a great little office this is. If you want fancy go some where else. If you're part of the Express checkout, I can't wait crowd, then this is not the place for you. BUT if you want a doctor who takes the time to know you, and get down to real issues without ring up your bill, this is the place. This is an old fashioned doctors office and that what I like about it. Reasonable, straight forward charges, never any up sell, and most importantly the doctor seems to take his time. Quality isn't measured in speed!

Dr. Moshiree and Sara the Nurse Practitioner are fantastic and that is the only reason I have continued to have this office as my teenage daughters physician. The hours are good for working parents but the office staff is just horrible to work with. My daughter is on medication for her blood and allergies and due to a compromised immune system gets sick often so we probably see the doctor on average once a month. I have never ever walked into the office and sat in the waiting room less than an hour and it's usually much longer than that. You are then moved to a room where you will sit for another half hour minimum. I once waited an hour to have them hand me a prescription for allergy medicine that was already ready. The thing is when the doctor notices he handles it immediately but over the past several years that has only happened one time and I had been waiting half hour for them to hand me her prescriptions. Today she was sick so I looked online and saw they were open until 3. Knowing I would have to sit in the lobby an hour and half minimum I decided to arrive at 2 to give myself the best possible chance of sitting and waiting for less than 2 hours. I walked in and there were no cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting area. I was told they stop seeing people about 130. About 130?? Is there no schedule? So I advised the woman at the desk that my daughter was very sick and the website indicated their hours were 10 to 3 and since there was clearly nobody else needing to be seen perhaps they could see her. She responded again no we stop seeing people "about 130". I said well your website says you're hours are until 3 and she basically told me to bad. I have no doubt the doctor would have gladly seen her. He's an amazing man. The problem is getting to him is more often than not feels just as difficult as getting a sit down with the President. If the office staff and assistants cared at all about customer service this place would be great they just simply don't so every single interaction I have had has left me frustrated so despite what a good doctors they have I will be calling to change her primary care physician with my insurance company tomorrow. I hope one day they get better staff.

Very long wait I have been going here for 20 years now they have a new doctor who knows nothing. I told her I was in a lot of pain with my neck ans she gave me telaxers and ibuprofen which I could have gotten that. Now I am on the way to work and my neck still hurts more than ever. Thank you for nothing and wasting 3 hours of my life

Gone here several times and have always been treated properly. The office staff, nurses and doctor are wonderful people. Not sure on other comments, but it is a small urgent care office and they get really busy in afternoons.
