There was ONE visible employee with a HUGE line who was irritated when asked a question about a product in stock. She never called for help and basically told me if you don't find it in the mess, you are out of luck. The store was in complete disarray, products needed were out of stock, and nothing on the Ulta wall, which I needed items from, was where it should be. I will NOT come back to this location. Very disappointed as I am a loyal shopper to the Ulta brand and would expect the store to at least have their own brand stocked. Edited to add : Had I been helped, I would have considered other brands/shades, but I chose to leave empty handed and take my business elsewhere.

The cashier was very rude, she accused me of skipping the line and did not greet me at all. I the other ladies in line had to tell her I was next. She didn’t acknowledge me until the ladies said I was next. She act very dismissive. I did have help in the natural hair section the associate treated me way better than the cashier. The store is actually nice but that cashier made me think different. The cashier name is Aniyah

More organization and less pushy .... are you going to steal type stuff. Great displays and relevant new products. I prefer this Ulta to others as they don't give off the I'm going to follow you around the entire time and make sure you don't steal kind of vibe- as they do at Sephora badly....

I was Lucky enough to walk in to Ulta (Snellville ) and enjoyed myself more then I have had at any other ulta that I’ve ever been too. I’ve came back since to do my eyebrows with Kristin as I was recommended by one of the Ulta associates and I feel in love.... She’s easy to communicate with, is very detailed about what she’ll need to do and what’s best to try. She’s Amazing!!! I’ve felt so comfortable with her that I’ve allowed my then preteen (now teenager) to get her first wax & tint with her. That’s how much I trust her. The ladies (associates) at Ulta Snellville are also a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and Kristin to get your Brows on Point.

Don't come to this store unless you know exactly what you want and what shade because not one worker is going to offer you assistance or even say hello. Don't you guys want people to buy your makeup? You'd think you wouldn't have to beg for assistance. Store is a hot mess and out of stock all the time, especially on the low end brands side. I get that customers make a mess but like do they ever clean here or restock? Hate coming here so much I can't think of any redeeming qualities. I'll stick with Sephora
