If I would have known that Ultimate Shine Car Wash was going to continue to debit my checking account $29.99 for the FastPass, I would have never given this company my account information. I used the service during the summer and last November, I cancelled my service and asked them to discontinue taking the funds from my account. I have since been back to the company TWICE and talked to two different managers about this serious issue. I have been told that it would never happen again and refunded cash. But they still continue to take money out of my account like they own it. And here's the kicker, there are no corporate office numbers, etc. available to escalate the matter. I suppose that I will have to handle this through my bank somehow. Terrible situation and terrible company. DO NOT TRUST.

Update: well they refunded my account for the 4th time since November. Then I came home and they started taking $10 out of my account. These people are far beyond screwed up.

The $3 summertime deals are great, the $6 winter time deals not so much. But it get your car good and clean and you have opportunity to clean out the inside the also so it's a pretty good value

The manager special does a good job and its fast, you may have to wipe your wheels down as it may not wash them well, but even the cheap $6 wash does well, then you can wipe down and shine your wheels yourself. The free vacuum with 2 different vacuum ends is great. It would be nice if they offered free paper towls and have a vending machine to sell armour all wipes, tire shine, glass wipes, etc.

Popularity of this site is killing it.  Today at least 2 of the brush systems were not functioning - not functioning at all.  Vacuum bays - not enough for the amount of cars being processed.  Waited for a couple of minutes but there were 4 cars waiting in front of me.  No one likes to be rushed but it's either more vacuum bays or management needs to impose a reasonable 8 - 10 minute time limit.  I have a monthly pass so I understand the value but not getting the full wash service and not being able to at least vacuum out my car is making me question the overall intrinsic value.
