Mortifying, I was baffled by the lack of knowledge, unprofessional conduct, condescending remarks, patronizing, inability to use or know medical terms, and they violated their own paper work. How difficult is it to tell the truth? Yes, some of us actually read all the paper work, and don't lie, insult my integrity, just do as I requested for my appointment. I'm not paying for your attitude or ignorance. Enter at your own risk, this place has zero accountability, and are no holds bar. I will be contacted  corporate. Shame on you! If you don't enjoy, or want to help people (the nature of your job) Quit or Retire! Gain some bedside manner! Despicable!

The service I received here was terrible. They are very condescending and the least helpful group of medical professionals I have ever encountered. I really love the UNC health system but I'm not quite sure this facility should be included. 

The wait time is long, providers don't remember your name even if you see them multiple times and they are your PCP, vitals are not taken correctly or forgotten (no one took my temperature but I was told I am contagious if I have a fever), it's nearly impossible to reach anyone even though they advise you to call if anything changes after your appointment, and the icing on the cake is that Shirron the assistant of Debbie Smothers told me herself that it didn't concern her that she did not take my temperature. She also seems a bit incompetent and was reluctant to provide assistance with anything needed. She didn't even have my chart pulled even though she knew who I was. The others aren't much better. 

If you're considering coming here, DON'T. Unless, you really have to and even then I'd try my best to hold off until I could get to better healthcare. Take care of yourself because they WILL NOT.

When ever I go see Penny Jones she always have me feeling better in no time. It doesn't matter what the problem is

My over all experience has been outstanding with UNC Regional Healthcare. The doctors give full attention to the need of their patients. Penny Jones, NP as always been there for me. Also, Dr. Tammy L. Boyd, MD give excellent healthcare as well. The entire staff are great and are compassionate toward the patients, very prompt. On the scale from one to ten; they should receive a 10+.
