This is one of the best medical visits I've experienced to date. Initial greeting and sign in was kind and timely service to be seen (but I also went when it was not busy). The person who did my vitals was kind enough to make me coffee (and bring it to me!) while I was waiting to be seen, the nurse practitioner gave caring service and I didn't feel rushed while being seen. Even the person who did my x-ray was nice. I've had quite a few cold, uncaring and sometimes downright mean medical care visits and it was such a relief to finally go somewhere where I received good quality care along with friendly service. I also wasn't made to feel that my payment/insurance info took precedence over my state of being (as has happened before). Thank you all very much!

Checked online "0" minute wait... called to verify..."no wait"... I check in at 1055, not one person in the lobby... it takes until 1135 to get brought back for BP, height, weight stuff, put in a room at 1144 It is 1:05 and the PA finally shows up and says "you have been waiting a long time"... spends 4 minutes with me (literally) and says they will do blood work and I'm done. This is all for a healthcare discount through my employer if I do a Biometric screening What a freaking joke!!! I will NOT go to anything Novant again!!!

I love Dr.Stevens she is a awesome she really cares about the patients and she has a great personality you can tell she loves her job and she goes the extra mile to take care of you......all of the nurses and front desk people are great to. I am glad we have such good care in the community.

Clean facility and the workers are nice but my daughter had to wait over 30 minutes to even go to the back and she was the second person there. That is ridiculous.

This place needs work and attention! The employees that work the front ARE NOT what you want the face of your business to be! They are rude and act as if you are bothering them that you are there. I was made to come here by my employer after a 2nd degree burn and I wish they would get a contract somewhere else with people who care! I was made to come a second time and given an appointment and told if I couldn't make the appointment to call... WHY?! Why should I call? I arrived 15 minutes early to my "appointment" which was supposed to be 1pm. Which I was allowed to leave work to attend... and here I sit 2 hours later still in the waiting room because my appointment time was so damn important to keep I guess? Now I am here missing work and told it would only be a little while longer when the documentation that I have given to my job shows to be here at 1pm for 15 minutes.... oh... and who picks up my child from school at 3:30? This place is a joke!
