Excellent Gym! 

Training at Underground Athlete is a great experience for me physically and mentally. The Trainers are really Good and each bring a twist of diversity to their workouts. They inspires, motivates and challenges you. I highly recommend Underground Athlete if you are looking to get fit.

Best gym in town. Training is tailored to your specific goals. The owner and his tribe of trainers are cut from a different cloth than most gyms. Client is always first. They are extremely committed to helping you accomplish your goals and spend countless hours outside training sessions to build programs specifically for you. Thanks to them, I'm stronger than I've ever been; physically and mentally. If you want to make a change in your life that will pay dividends for the long haul, this is the place.

I have been athletic most of my life. For the past two years I have been pretty sedentary and completely out of shape. I have belonged to many gyms and always have "gymtimidation". I met with Justin and was immediately comfortable and truly believed him when he told me he would get me where I want to be. 

He was right! I am on my way back to not only for, but strong!! All of the trainers I have had the pleasure of training with are experienced, motivating and make the workouts fun! 

You can't beat the price you pay for the training and results you get.

I got my fiancé to join and I can speak for him and say he feels the same. I will keep going to this gym as long as I am able.

While working out at Underground Athlete I've lost weight and a noticeable amount of body fat. Working with the Coaches of UA (Underground Athlete) has helped my development of strength and coordination...both of which I greatly needed help with. The workouts are fun and challenging. I've developed muscles in areas I had never had muscles before. The Coaches have helped me set forth challenging yet achievable goals. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about their commitment to helping me and their other clients. The people that work out here and work here are more like a family than strangers and everyone is really encouraging and supportive.  I really can't say enough good things about this place. It's the only strength and conditioning gym I'll recommend.
