I had to come in to sign some paperwork and the first person I talked to at the front desk was just mentally checked out for the day.  Very unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. They were short with their responses and in a hurry to leave.  They could not find my paperwork, ended up going to the back, got my caseworker, and handed me off to them in a huff.  My caseworker was the exact opposite. Pleasant, lively, and professional. They handed me a business card and addressed my questions about the application.

I had a telephone conversation with Nicole. She was very professional and thorough. She made me feel comfortable with what I've been experiencing not less than for needing a bit of help right now.

I never have any issues with the assistance office. The Ppl there are very kind and helpful! I'd like to say that Mrs Seebold goes out of her way to help her clients!! I used to have to go through Snyder county and always had issues with being dropped for no reason. I am a single mother who makes minimum wage and they would always screw me somehow. It was my case worker not wanting to dk their job!! Ever since i moved to union county I've had no problems and they do everything they can to help me! Thanks to everyone at union county assistance!!

These people are so unprofessional. They don't pick up the phone and they are rude.

Speaking with Jim concerning heating for an elderly neighbor and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative.
