Phone is always busy, never answer, never deliver packages, always have to go pick them up or mark them return to sender same day as they are to be delivered to me.

I walked in to a HUGE line...almost left BUT they serviced everyone very quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Juan was very nice.

This post office will go OUT OF ITS WAY to not only RIP YOU OFF, but make sure that you CANNOT FILE A CLAIM ABOUT THE PATHETIC SERVICE PAID FOR, either! I paid for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OF AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF LEGAL MAIL! Not only was the mail delivered 4 days late, but when I went to file a refund claim, THIS EL CENTRO POST OFFICE WOULD NOT ALLOW THE CLAIM FORM TO BE SUBMITTED TO ANYONE BUT THE "POSTMASTER", WHO, CONVEINIENTLY ENOUGH, WAS NEVER AROUND! My claim was DENIED by both St. Louis and the Washington, DC appeals on this issue. It took getting my credit card to reverse the charge to get my money back! DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE, AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

I wish this review would allow me to post a photo. I sent a priority mail envelope containing hand drawn portraits to CT. They were to be delivered by the 17th. I paid extra for priority mail. I had clearly marked both front and the back DO NOT BEND OR FOLD. The PO also stamped this on the envelope. Not only was not on time, it was 7 days late. I packed it with cardboard and it was firm. It was delivered folded and bent. In order to even bend it would have taken force and had to be purposely done. The portraits were all creased even thought I made it almost impossible to bend. Very dissatisfied.
