I mislabeled a package missing the apt number, and after tracking indicated there was a problem with delivery - I called this post office, and they were able to message the carrier immediately, allowing for an instant redelivery. Yay! USPS using modern technology to provide excellent customer service, especially at this busy time of year. The person on the phone was so helpful, cheerful and kind. What an awesome post office experience! Merry Christmas!

Our mail is being stuffed into a neighbor's unattended mailbox. On vigilante Road in Lakeside. This has been an ongoing problem for my company. It has created a great deal a problems receiving my mail checks and important documents. It has got to stop. It is caused undue hardship on this company and the people doing business with this company. Postmaster please pay attention. All of the mailboxes are marked and identified accurately. Postmaster we will be in contact with you shortly to give you the proof of the mail that is being put into a unattended mailbox. You know who we are you have dealt with us for many years, we even had a total of 1 years worth of mail be put into this unattended mailbox. I wish and Hope that if we work together on this issue and that it can be resolved and it beneficial manner for both. Thank you for reading the un happy customers

I got here Friday afternoon at 4:30 to pick up the package that was delivered to the post office for my house that arrived at 10:30, here at the post office.. I asked could I have the package now? they said no its on a big pallet, can't get to it. I said how is the postman going to get it.she said we don't do that. that's all they said this place sucks. I need that package for tomorrow morning real bad. The Asian lady was just too lazy to go back and get it. And the place was empty no one was behind me in line. The Asian lady was just too lazy.

The Lakeside Post office (92040) is the worst. Their Mailmen overstuff our mail box and destroy important letters etc. They try to stuff large pages or envelopes with important papers in a 5"tall X 5" wide mail box opening.

Have tried reporting issues with our postal carrier here, not only damaging items of mail but for marking items as delivered that never get to us. Three times in the last two months packages have disappeared and the carrier swears they delivered them. told them I have cameras up watching my front door and show that the carrier never came to the door.
