They deserve "minus stars" for deliveries!!!! I am going on the 3rd package that says they delivered to my mailbox and havent received it. The first one delivered in October and was received December, the second a few weeks after they claimed it was delivered, and now this one says delivered 5 days ago, and now I need to go through the hassle of calling the post office on Rancho California and arguing with them!

Good post office. The staff is helpful. There is usually a little line there so prepare to wait a couple extra minutes but it usually goes by pretty fast.

Awful... poor service, one hour to see a supervisor who was not much help in locating a certified letter that did not reach its destination. Told to call the local office in the intended city of destination...

One of the male employees is always rude when I go take in packages and also when I've seen him delivery mail. Told me to go and couldn't pick up my mail even though I saw that the mail box was close and he was done with my section of mail boxes. Honestly he should be fired. I've seen him work there for several years and always mean and rude. Hope USPS would hire nicer people.

I dropped off 11 packages (several Priority) on Saturday afternoon at 2:45. I personally handed them to an employee because the dropbox in the lobby was jammed. Not a single one of the packages moved until Monday evening, two days later. It is absolutely ridiculous that all those packages sat there over the weekend instead of being shipped on Saturday as they should have, especially since the collection box times are 3:00 and 5:00, even on Saturdays. Such a waste and what a completely unreliable post office.
