They called me only an hour before my passport appointment to cancel it.  
It doesn't take a university graduate or an especially gifted person to take a photo, watch me sign a document, and put paperwork in the mail.  If you really have only one qualified person on staff to perform this duty, maybe you need to look into hiring more functional members of society with my tax dollars.
Why have an appointment system in place at all if you are not going to ensure the public's needs are met?  Just offer it as a walk-in only service so people won't plan their day around an apparently meaningless schedule.

I had nothing but isssues with this particular post office for years not leaving notices on the door . Mail man claiming to have knocked on doors or leaving notices when I check my cam nothing. Calling this place to get a answer is always been a uphill battle . When there issues I usually go there to get information about  mail or packages there attitude just plain sucks they don’t care and it never there problem . What can I say USPS morning guy consider firing them all then hiring folks that needs a job they can care about .

Apparently no one knows how to answer the phone at this location. Nor do they know how to at the other Vista location.

The slowest and worst post office in North County.  It has taken them months to delivery forwarded mail.  Real Pathetic.

On August 12 around 12:30 there was no one attending at the post office. The doors were open and the hours also said open and I expected to be served. However there was no one there at the time, I hope the company fixes their horrible customer service so it won't happen to another person expecting to also be served.
