The folks here have no clue what is going on. They act like the customer is a burden. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My packages go missing several times a month and its a different excuse EVERY single time. They literally tell me that the postal system is not a guarantee that I will actually get the things that were mailed to me and sorry about that. I am sure that there are a handful that conveniently misplace the packages so that they end up in their possession. The US Postal Service has gone so far down hill that it will only get worse.

I came to this post office to get my kids passports. We came stood in line at 12:30 Mike was so nice. He helped us take pictures , gave my son a coloring book. And this other lady I forgot her name but she was so sweet. She allowed my son to use the bathroom, helped me out with filling out the form correctly. Over all the experience here was 5 star. I would recommend coming early if you have restriction with time. Bring snacks and relax. They are doing their job  so come with some patience. I would highly recommend this place.

Worst mail carriers I've ever seen. They've lost my packages/delivered to the wrong address 3 times. Once is a mistake but 3 is too many! Also, when my package is too big to fit in the mailbox they give it to the leasing office and don't even bother to leave a note saying it was delivered, therefore I don't know where my package is so I have to hunt it down every time. I once asked the delivery driver if he knew where my package was and he carelessly said he gave it to the leasing office and "forgot to leave me a note". I'm completely fed up. They are currently looking for one of my packages that is missing YET AGAIN! TERRIBLE.
