I recently called this branch location and they picked up the phone quickly. The staffer who handled my call gave me a wealth of information about how to ship a parcel to a military member at an APO address. She was very detailed in her information about what to do and how to do it, including filling out the customs forms and which boxes to use and their prices. KUDOS!

I visited the Cross County Branch today to mail out my wedding invites and had a great experience. Ms Thelma is extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me. My invitations required hand cancellation because of a wax seal otherwise they could be mangled by the sorting machine. I had visited another Branch to have them measured and weighed and was told a certain amount of postage was sufficient. However upon coming to the Cross County Branch I was told I actually needed more postage. I am so glad that I went to this branch and that they caught that they needed more postage, otherwise my wedding invites could have been ruined! Ms Thelma was so patient and help me resolve the issue so that I had enough postage on my invites.

I had a registered package that was suppose to be signed for left in my locked mailbox in a locked building ripped open and empty. The only person who had access was the girl who delivers it.  It was a 200$ one of a kind handmade shirt and they did NOTHING ABOUT IT.  She is still delivering my mail.  I even tried calling the cops and no body did anything. So she just got away with it.  The girl at the counter is the absolute rudest person I've ever come across. She absolutely humiliated me by very loudly telling me I had to put the free mailing supplies back because they were for customers.  I'm shipping packages every other day as I'm a small buisness owner.  FROM THEIR POST OFFICE   Ive spent well over a thousand dollars shipping from their office.  My shipping supplies were ruined during the hurricane so I needed to grab enough to ship orders till my supplies came in the mail.  I was in tears and as I was walking out the girl yells YOU ARE WELCOME so everyone can hear it making me even more humiliated    I won't spend my money there again

If I could rate my experience here it would be a zero. Kamilah is an extremely rude representative that has an attitude.  
 Please learn how to be a proper representative of USPS.

I wish I had more hands, so I could give this post office 4 Thumbs Down. You have a very slim chance of getting someone who isn't rude and just trying to get you in and out as quick as possible. Protocol on how to get things done literally depends on who you get at the window. One person will tell you that you need to one thing while a few days later someone else that works there will literally tell you something COMPLETELY different. Getting MY MAIL literally feels like such an accomplishment when I go here. If tracking shows that your mail is here MAKE SURE YOU CALL AHEAD and try your best to get someone to confirm that for you before making the drive down there. Their protocol for anything is to say they will call you back after speaking to the courier...AND YUP... you guessed it, they never call you.
