I had the most pleasant experience at this post office! It was incredibly busy and I had accidentally put my packages in the incorrect envelope. The employee ringing me up let me switch the envelopes and stand to the side instead of getting back into the long line. Everyone in the whole office was so kind and helpful during what could of been a very hectic and stressful situation. It’s only a few days before Christmas and the employees made sure to get to everyone in the most efficient way and was kind and calm during the process!

It's unfortunate that in order to leave a review that I have to rate this at least 1 star because this post office is not even worth that. They consistently mess up delivery with any package I order and the woman behind the desk is one of the most rude individuals you could possibly encounter. She constantly has terrible attitude and is nasty towards everyone who comes in.

Mailed a birthday card at this Post Office to an APO AP address when we were visiting Charleston. The card arrived at our home address two weeks later as not deliverable. The address was correct. Makes no sense.

Avoid this location at all costs. My wife just took two postcards to this office to be shipped to an APO address. For those unfamiliar, these are addresses used by military members overseas. Because the mail gets shipped by USPS to the one of the US coasts and is transferred to military aircraft at that point, the USPS policy is to charge as though the mail was being sent domestically (per the USPS website). Unfortunately my wife did not realize this and the teller told her she needed "Global" stamps (at a rate of $1.15 each). She bought a sheet of 10. After I informed her that she was overcharged, she attempted to return them...only to be told that postage sales are final (apparently even if they're at fault). Finally, one of the counter-employees, Alice, was completely rude to any and all customers!

My packages rarely make it to my house. Either a "notice" was left or the mail carrier had "no access" to the delivery location. 😒🤔❓
